Pinwheels on display

These kids attended the City of Port Aransas Parks and Recreation Department's Explorer Camp recently, where they made these pinwheels. The pinwheels, made to celebrate Independence Day, will be displayed in the yard of Patt and Yves Coeckelenbergh, at 410 Mercer Ave. The Coeckelenberghs' residence is the historic Studeman home, part of the National Registry of Backyard Wildlife Habitat.
