Cinnamon Shore brochure is a winner

A brochure for Cinnamon Shore, a master-planned New Urbanism development in Port Aransas, has won a Print Excellence Award from the Printing and Imaging Association of Georgia.

The award is for the "Best of Category" which includes "booklets, large format, 32 pages or less."

Jeff Lamkin, a native Texan and CEO of the Atlanta-based Sea Oats Group, the project's developer, said, "We are proud of this prestigious award. Our brochure is a stunning representation of my vision for a pedestrian-friendly, seaside village comparable to those on the Florida Panhandle that my family and I enjoyed for years."

Cinnamon Shore is a 64-acre, mixed-use community for which infrastructure construction began in spring of 2007 and is currently undergoing Phase 2 construction due for completion in 2010.

When complete, Cinnamon Shore will comprise approximately 250 homes and condominiums, a town center with shops, restaurants, hotel and office space; numerous parks and recreational amenities; and a traditional grid of pedestrian-friendly streets that interconnect the entire community.
