Third Saturday Sale offers bargains on local art work

Get a deal on some fine art on Saturday, June 21, when the Art Center for the Islands will hold its Third Saturday Sale.

From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., more than 40 artists will offer from 10 to 50 percent off some or all of their work. According to art center director Mary Rose, "This is a perfect opportunity to pick up something special for yourself or someone else, with unlimited choices in many categories. Let art of all kinds bring joy and get a special discount at the same time."

The sale will be at the art center, 323 N. Alister St. For more information, call 749-7334.
