POLICE BLOTTER MONDAY, JUNE 2 • 8:59 p.m. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) workers took a sick person from the 500 block of West Avenue A to a Corpus Christi hospital. TUESDAY, JUNE 3 • 12:32 p.m. Investigating a report of a reckless driver in the 400 block of West Avenue G, an officer charged a woman with driving while intoxicated. WEDNESDAY, JUNE 4 • 4:23 a.m. EMS crews took a sick person from the 300 block of South Alister Street to a Corpus Christi hospital. • 7:17 a.m. A burglary of a vehicle was reported in the 800 block of East Avenue C. • 10:24 a.m. A burglary of a vessel was reported in the 300 block of J.C. Barr Boulevard. • 10:50 a.m. A burglary of a vehicle was reported in the 200 block of West Cotter Avenue. • 10:56 a.m. EMS crews answered a call for help from Aransas Pass EMS in the 500 block of South Commercial. They took a person to a Corpus Christi hospital. • 11:36 a.m. A burglary of a vehicle was reported in the 200 block of Dolphin Lane. THURSDAY, JUNE 5 • 5:44 p.m. EMS workers took a sick person to a Corpus Christi hospital from the 900 block of Ninth Street.FRIDAY, JUNE 6 • 4:24 p.m. EMS crews went to Pole 4 on the beach and took an injured person to a Corpus Christi hospital. SATURDAY, JUNE 7 • 4:59 a.m. A burglary of a vehicle was reported in the 1700 block of South 11th Street. • 5:03 a.m. Answering a callabouta disturbance in the 600 block of West Cotter Avenue, an officer arrested a woman on an outstanding Nueces County warrant and two outstanding warrants from Caldwell County. • 12:22 p.m. Firefighters extinguished a brush fire in the 1400 block of South 11th Street. SUNDAY, JUNE 8 • 3:31 a.m. Police were called about a suspicious person at State Hwy. 361 and Pleasant Valley Road. An officer charged a man with public intoxication. • 1:42 p.m. Officers investigated an accident at Alister Street and Avenue C. Reports indicated that a pickup truck failed to yield the right of way and was hit by an auto that was northbound on Alister Street. There were no serious injuries.
