Conner is honored by Arkansas college

Stephanie Conner, a 2006 Port Aransas High School graduate, has recently received three honors from Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Ark.

On April 15, Conner was awarded the Bea Narracong Endowment Fund Scholarship.

She was also named to the Dean's List for the spring semester. Students must maintain a 4.0 grade point average for the entire semester to be named to the list.

On May 15, she received the Matt Locke Ellis Award.

Conner was valedictorian of the class of 2006.
