Cotter progress
Crews are making progress with the repaving and drainage work on Cotter Avenue between Station Street and the beach. Top, traffic is narrowed to one lane near Tarrant Street as the old pavement is broken up and a new foundation is laid. Closer to the beach, above, the new pavement is down and the roadway awaits striping and new signs. The work is part of a 2006 streets and drainage bond issue.
