Rabies clinics set today, Saturday
Pet owners will have the opportunity to get their pets' initial or annual rabies vaccination at a reduced cost this week. Pets and veterinary records should be brought to the rabies clinic at 319 Beach St.
Rabies shots and tags and city tags will be given for $5 for unaltered animals, and $2.50 for altered animals. Altered animals are those who have been spayed or neutered.
Hours for the clinic are today, Thursday, May 8, 1:30 - 5 p.m. and Saturday, May 10, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
The clinic is sponsored by the City of Port Aransas Animal Control in cooperation with the Island Animal Clinic.
