Island 'Shred Day' set for May 2

The Port Aransas Chamber of Commerce invites its members to clean up their offices this week and is willing to help them do it.

Island Shred Day is Friday, May 2. Members may bring their important documents to be shredded to the chamber of commerce satellite office at the Port Aransas Community Theater, 2327 State Hwy. 361, from 2 to 4 p.m.

Each member will be allowed a limit of five boxes each of paper based materials only. Spirals, paperclips and staples are acceptable.

All of the material will be shredded and recycled on site.
