Third and final reading of an ordinance amending Chapter 19 (Signs). C. A resolution authorizing the city manager to enter into an agreement with Nueces County for lifeguard services on the beach. REGULAR BUSINESS A. Third and final reading of an ordinance changing the zoning on properties along S. Eleventh Street and Sea Breeze Lane from Residential-1 to Residential-2.

B. Third and final reading of an ordinance amending the code of ordinances of the city of Port Aransas, Texas, by adopting a new chapter 26 concerning Impact Fees for Roadway Facilities. • C. First reading of an ordinance amending Chapter 18-20 deleting that portion of the city code of ordinances restricting the places on the beach where certain types of camping are allowed.

D. A resolution authorizing the city manager to enter into negotiations with Texas Aviation Partners for private/public airport improvements at Mustang Beach Airport.

E. A resolution requesting that the portion of SH 361 from the end of Alister Street to the city limits be named The Island Road.
