Enjoy a night of entertainment while helping raise money at the annual Spring for the ARK.
The fundraiser for the Animal Rehabilitation Keep (ARK) is set for Saturday, March 29, at 6 p.m. at the Civic Center, 710 W. Ave. A.
The public is invited to the event, which will include dinner provided by Miss K Catering, a cash bar, silent and live auctions and a presentation by Tony Amos, director of the ARK.
Music will be provided by Kelley Mickwee and David Byboth.
Live auction items include a trip to the Lydia Ann Lighthouse, a beach tour with Tony Amos and a six night, seven day stay at a three bedroom home in San Miguel de Allende, GTO, Mexico, donated by John and Deb Wilson.
Tickets may be purchased at Gratitude Gift Shoppe, 316 N. Station St., the office of Tortuga Dunes at the corner of State Hwy. 361 and Zahn Road, or by calling Friends of the ARK at (361) 332-6361.
Individual tickets cost $25. Tables of 10 seats each may be purchased as follows:
• A Silver Sponsorship, $300, includes a reserved table and public recognition as a sponsor.
• A Gold Sponsorship, $400, includes a reserved table, public recognition as a sponsor, and a listing in Tony Amos' PowerPoint presentation.
• A Platinum Sponsorship, $500, includes a preferred-seating VIP table, public recognition as a preferred sponsor, listing in Amos' PowerPoint presentation and photos of each individual with Amos.
Donated auction items still are being accepted. To donate, call event coordinator Lee Harrison at (361) 332-6361.
"Come have fun and show support for Tony Amos, ARK employees and volunteers who work so hard all year rescuing and rehabilitating our critters from all kinds of predicaments," Harrison said.
