Francis Roy died Monday, Jan. 14, 2008. He was the stepfather of Leslie (Debbie) Willey Jr. and grandfather of Wendy Willey, Scott Willey and Leslie Willey III of Port Aransas, who survive him. Roy was born Aug. 31, 1931, in Abbyville, La. and had lived in Anahuac for more than 50 years. More...
