Offshore fishing has been slim this week due to the weather. Bay and jetty anglers have been a little busier. Bay guides have brought in all the usual suspects: red and black drum, sheepshead, trout and flounder. Charlie Zahn of Port Aransas fished off the end of the jetties last weekend and limited out on redfish using soft plastics. More ... Maria and Mike Morones of San Antonio caught these red drum off the north jetty while visiting Port Aransas recently. Maria's measured 32 inches, Mikes, below, were 25 and 26 inches. More ...
