'The Sisters' carry on proud tradition
      Cheers to "The Sisters." The selection of sisters Barbara Behrens and Arlene Hughes as Citizens of the Year carries on a proud tradition. The tradition recognizes those who have given so much without thought of personal or professional gain. It makes me proud that we have so many citizens who meet the criteria for Citizen of the Year, which is why the award exists.
