Halloween fun

Adults and children alike dressed up for a scary good time at the annual Parent Teacher Organization Halloween Carnival at H.G. Olsen Elementary School on Halloween Day. The carnival featured games of all kinds for children at the Jane Thompson Pavilion. Activities included a cake walk, mini-golf, blowing, penny toss and a fishing-for-prizes game. The carnival was followed by the annual Halloween Parade that started at the school and proceeded down Station, Beach and Alister Streets before looping back to the school. Above: A group of folks dressed like the Flintstones cruise on a golf cart in the parade. At right: Revelers dressed in costumes parade down Beach Street.
