On Wednesday, Oct. 22, Richard Napoli of Port Aransas was fishing the Standpipes about seven miles offshore. Using live pin fish for bait, he landed this big ling weighing in at 64 pounds and a kingfish weighing in at 60 pounds. More...

Fred Mallett fished at the first standpipe on Wednesday, Oct. 22, and after releasing seven or eight ling, decided to "make this one into groceries." He caught it on a simple white homemade fly and 10 weight rod. More...
