Holland 'Hot Shot' COURTESY PHOTO This photo by Harriet Holland of Rockport is one of many to be exhibited at the Hot Shots photo exhibit at the Art Center for the Islands' First Friday reception tomorrow, May 2. The Art Center for the Islands will hold its First Friday reception tomorrow, May 2, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the art center, 323 N. Alister.

The exhibit will feature the Hot Shots group photography throughout the month. The public is invited to peruse the photo exhibit, socialize and enjoy live music and refreshments.

Photographers whose work will be on exhibit include Brenda Barnett, Dave Matisons, Nancy Stephenson and Mickey Taylor, all of Port Aransas,

Ralph Camp of San Antonio, Gary Hansen and Jen Jones of Aransas Pass, Kay Harbour, Gloria Hunter, Christopher Hyer and Fritz Rengler of Corpus Christi, Cordelia Lovelady of Port Aransas and Austin, and John Martell and Harriet Holland of Rockport.

Live music will be provided by Tiddle Caylor, Eddy Lee Skipworth, Jack Grant and Ken Barnett.

The Port Aransas Chamber of Commerce - Tourist Bureau is sponsoring the art center during May.
