Althea Elizabeth Gehri of Corpus Christi, formerly of Port Aransas, died Saturday, March 8, 2008. She was the mother of Paul (Deborah) Gehri and Mary (Byron) Pratt, and grandmother of Brady (Kendall) Thomas, all of Port Aransas.

Funeral services will be at St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church in Corpus Christi at 10 a.m., tomorrow, Friday, March 14. She will be buried next to her husband, Col. Donald H. Gehri at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio.

She is survivored by another daughter, Patricia Gehri of Longwood, Fla.; another son, John (Joyce) Gehri of Jacksonville, Fla.; five additional grandchildren, Sean (Wendy) Gehri of Panama City, Fla., Laura (Paul) Hausley of Jacksonville, Candace (Dana) Chilton of San Antonio, Derek Pratt and Dillon Pratt, both of Fair Oaks Ranch and two greatgrandchildren, Camryn Hausley and Aedra Chilton.
