Winners of the Kiwanis Club Beach Dash Awards Art Contest, open to students at H.G. Olsen Elementary and Brundrett Middle Schools, have been announced. The winning artists are, in back from left, seventh grader Jenna Ward and eighth grader Hazel Morris; in front, fourth grader Katie Peterson, first grader Ashby Snow and third grader Grace Flood. Not pictured is seventh grader Malaika Harder. The art was painted on plates for the top finisher trophies for the annual Kiwanis Club Beach Dash Run/Walk. It will be held Saturday, Feb. 23, at Horace Caldwell Pier on the beach. (See story for details.)
