South Jetty sets early deadlines

An earlier deadline has been set for next week's advertising and news for the South Jetty as it will go to press early for Thanksgiving.

Noon Monday, Nov. 19, is the deadline for the Nov. 22 edition.

Letters to the editor for that edition must be received by 9 a.m. Monday, Nov. 19.

Columnists whose work will appear in that edition must submit their work by 3 p.m. Friday, Nov. 16.

The newspaper will go to press on Tuesday, Nov. 20, and be distributed to newsstands and by mail on Wednesday, Nov. 21.

The South Jetty office will close at noon Wednesday, and reopen at 9 a.m. Monday, Nov. 26. Regular deadlines will resume on that Monday. Those deadlines are: Letters to the editor, 10 a.m. Monday; news and advertising, noon Tuesday.
