Residents have roles in Halloween theme production at Rialto Port Aransas residents Stephanie Kenigsberg and her son, Aaron will perform with 30 other volunteer actors in the Haunted Rialto Theater in Aransas Pass. Aaron Kenisgberg is a member of the acting troupe Sheltered Sparrow Productions. For the production, he attended a class in makeup technique. The Rialto Theater, at 327 S Commercial St. Aransas Pass will present the spooky story of Goreman's Traveling on Friday night, Oct. 26. The Halloween project is a joint venture of the Rialto Players, Crash Test Puppets and Sheltered Sparrow Productions. Donn Boring, Rialto director, is supported by the efforts of Crash Test Puppets' directors Kevin Argetsinger and Tammy Clark, and Sheltered Sparrow directors, PJ Mangrello and Peter Brown. The event runs 7 p.m. until the witching hour (midnight) and 6 p.m. until midnight on Saturday Oct. 27. For those too fearful to come after dark, there is a special haunt on Saturday from noon to 4 p.m. Tickets are $5 at the door to go through the haunted house.
