Beach yoga sessions set Labor Day, also on September 8

Spend your Labor Day with relaxing exercise on the beach.

A special holiday session of Yoga on the Beach has been set for Monday, Sept. 3.

Additionally, the regular monthly class is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 8.

Both classes will start at 8 a.m., next to Horace Caldwell Pier, at the end of Beach Street.

Nancy Myers is the instructor for the free monthly program sponsored by the City of Port Aransas Parks and Recreation Department.
