Women's tourney report results Reel Insanity nabbed the overall trophy in the 10th annual Texas Women Anglers Tournament held Saturday, Aug. 25, in waters off Port Aransas. Reel Insanity, owned by John Kiszkiel of Cedar Pass, also took the M.L. Walker Perpetual Trophy. Anglers were Ashley Alexander and Shannon Bain. Reel Insanity released a white marlin and a blue marlin during the tournament. Sixty-three boats competed in the tournament this year. Anglers caught and released 22 billfish - one blue marlin, 10 white marlin and 11 sailfish. Proceeds from the tournament went to the Women's Shelter of South Texas. Next year's tournament is scheduled for Aug. 22-24.
