Adams

Wade Adams of San Antonio died Monday, June 18, 2007. He was 94, and a former resident of Port Aransas.

Adams was born Sept. 1, 1913.

He retired from Reynolds Aluminum. After retiring, he worked at the Family Center IGA in Port Aransas.

Adams was a member and former deacon of First Baptist Church and a member of the Texas Masons. He enjoyed reading, classical music, walking and gardening.

His wife Ernestine preceded him in death.

Adams is survived by his children, Ginger Evans of San Antonio, Dan (Debbi) Adams of Mason and Susan (Jesse Bishop) Gay of Costa Rica.

A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m., Saturday, June 23, at the First Baptist Church of Port Aransas. Burial will be in Royal Palm Cemetery.
