Bake sale to benefit swim team

Buying baked goods on Saturday, June 2, will do more than help satisfy your sweet tooth - it will help support the Port Aransas Swim Team.

The sale will be at the Family Center IGA, 416 S. Alister St., from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Donations of baked goods for the sale may be dropped at the store by 8:30 a.m.

Proceeds will help fund scholarships for team members as well as pay for suits, shirts and ribbons.
