      Arthur Toscano took the Jetty Boat from Fishermen's Wharf to the north jetty Sunday, Feb. 18, and returned with this huge trout. He used live shrimp to lure the monster.

      This group of anglers caught kingfish, shark and nice-sized Warsaw and gag grouper. Also caught were a boatload of blackfin tuna. They were fishing aboard the Gulf Eagle out of Deep Sea Headquarters with Capt. Keith Schoolcraft and Capt. Tony Buzbee on Saturday, Feb. 17.

Trophy trout
      Ralph Gilster of Port Aransas and Austin caught this 29.75-inch trout using a corkie in the East Flats. He was fishing with Joe Blankenship on Friday, Feb. 16. They caught 3 big trout on the first three tries, then this hog on the fifth cast. It will be skin mounted to hang on the wall.
