Shores

Lahoma Shores died Sunday, Feb. 11, 2007, in a Corpus Christi hospital. She lived in Aransas Pass for a year and resided in Port Aransas for the preceding 15 years. Shores was 80 and a self employed seamstress.

Survivors include her husband of 49 years, John Shores of Aransas Pass; four sons, Ernest Ray (Linda) Evans of Lady Lakes, Fla., Edgar Preston Evans of Sulphur, Okla., Leslie Leon (Candice) Caldwell of Sulphur and Tommy Laray (Lanita) Caldwell of Sulphur; one daughter, Claudia Jean Warren of Wichita Falls; and six grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Saturday, Feb. 17, at Hampton-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel in Wichita Falls, with interment following at Crestview Cemetery in Wichita Falls.
