JUSTIN WATERS

Justin Robin Waters, of West, died Friday, Jan. 19, 2007, in Houston after a 10-year illness. He was 18 and the grandson of former Port Aransas resident Richard Waters.

Waters was born on May 28, 1988, in Waco, the son of Robin and Carolyn Waters. He graduated with honors from West High School in May 2006. He

the National Honor Society, active in sports including baseball, basketball, tennis and cross-country. He attended Hill County College.

Waters was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Marolyn Waters Todd and an uncle, Michael Nors.

Survivors include his parents; a brother, Jacob Waters, a sister, Julia Waters, all of West; maternal grandparents, Robert and Marie Nors of Abbott, paternal grandfather, Richard (Barbara) Waters of Salado; greatgrandmother, Clara Nors of West, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends in the West area.

A rosary was recited Tuesday, Jan. 23, at St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption in West. Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Wednesday, Jan. 24, at St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption. Burial followed at St. Mary's Cemetery near West.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Justin Robin Waters Scholarship Fund, Box 446, West, TX 76691; Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Youth Group or to the Ronald McDonald House.
