Gardening activities will span generations

Gardening aficionados of any age may garden to their hearts' content at two planned Intergenerational Gardening activities.

They are set on Saturdays, Jan. 6 and 20, at the Bill Ellis Memorial Library, 710 W. Ave. A, from 10- 11:30 a.m.

The event will partner the Port Aransas 4-H Club with Winter Texans and anyone else who wants to attend.

The public is invited to join the two groups and garden away.

Weeding, clean up, planting and planning are scheduled. Any input is welcome.

The Port Aransas Parks and Recreation Department sponsors the events.
