Grabau

Eugene Gordon Grabau of Aransas Pass died Thursday, Dec. 13, 2007, in a Corpus Christi hospital. He was 78.

Grabau was born Feb. 2, 1929, in Grass Lake, Mich., to Irvin Grabau and Francis Olsen Grabau.

He lived in Michigan most of his life until retiring to Port Aransas 28 years ago. He moved to Aransas Pass three years ago.

Grabau is survived by his wife of 60 years, Patricia Grabau of Aransas Pass; three sons, Gary (Bonnie) Grabau of Grand Rapids, Mich., David (Linda) Grabau of Ravenna, Mich. and Ray Grabau of Wayand Juanita Misak, both of Tucson, Ariz.; 11 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.

Private family services will be held in Michigan.
