Littleton
EDNA MAE LITTLETON Edna Mae Littleton of Port Aransas died Friday, Nov. 2, 2007. She was 82.
She was born May 6, 1925, in Port Arthur, to Louis and Edna Loupe and had been a resident of Port Aransas since 1945. Littleton had worked as a waitress for 17 years at the Island Café and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, J.D. Littleton; a son, David L. Littleton; three brothers, Scuddy, Freddie and Roy Loupe; a sister, Amelia Barger and two sons-inlaw, Jerry McDonald and Donnie Goodwin.
Survivors include three daughters, Patricia Goodwin, Tootie (George) Barnes and Barbara (Harry) Collins, all of Port Aransas; one brother, Louis Loupe of Port Arthur; a daughter-in-law, Nannette Littleton of Lafayette, La.; seven grandchildren, Andy Goodwin, Amanda Broussard, Brady Littleton, Kimberly Ann Ulch, Tracey Gaines, Harry Collins Jr. and Angelia Collins; 10 great-grandchildren and one great granddaughter on the way.
A Rosary was held Sunday, Nov. 4, and a Mass was celebrated Monday, Nov. 5. Both were held at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment at Royal Palms Cemetery followed the funeral Mass.
