KPAB invites newcomers to brainstorm at meeting Tuesday
Join Keep Port Aransas Beautiful (KPAB) board members and officers for a brainstorming session at its monthly meeting Tuesday, Nov. 6.
It will be held at 6 p.m. at the Bill Ellis Memorial Library meeting room.
In an effort to revamp the organization, chairman Carol Woodfin is seeking community involvement to bring in new blood and revitalize it.
"Everyone who lives and works in, visits or owns property in town should be a member, since our only goal is to benefit the town," Woodfin said.
The mission of KPAB is to promote public interest to create a cleaner, more beautiful Port Aransas through volunteerism and education.
KPAB is an all-volunteer community 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that focuses on litter reduction, beautification and community improvement, "reduce, reuse, recycle and rebuy" and environmental education.
KPAB is a Keep America Beautiful and Keep Texas Beautiful affiliate.
