Jerry Moellenberg, at left with wife Diane, caught the 37-inch redfish he holds in the far right photo in the surf on Sunday, Sept. 30. They were fishing on the beach in Port Aransas south of Beach Access Road 1, using mullet on a Mitchell 300 with 15-pound test line. The couple, from Pflugerville, spends six months in Port Aransas. In the center photo, Moellenberg is joined by his brother and sister-in-law, Ron and Susan Moellenberg, also of Pflugerville, as they bring in the catch that was released.
