This visiting family -- 16 people and four dogs, altogether -- stopped their beachgoing fun long enough to pose for a photo on Sunday, Aug. 12. The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has acknowledged that, while some may have thought a system of priority ferry boarding was a good idea, most ferry riders didn't.
