A boil water notice issued, Tuesday, Aug. 14, by the City of Corpus Christi does not affect customers of the Nueces County Water Control and Improvement District No. 4, which supplies water to Port Aransas and Mustang Island south to the Corpus Christi Fire Station. Summer season equals great fish being caught
Summer fishing continues to be great, and a wide variety of good catches has been reported. Offshore catches weighed in at Fisherman's Wharf this week include a 57-pound Warsaw grouper and a 397-pound blue marlin, John McNatt reported. The marlin was to be released, but did not survive.
