Mr. and Mrs. Jim Bob Ferguson of Katy, announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachel Blair of Katy to Hagan Hamilton Heiligbrodt of Port Aransas. The prospective groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ludolph William Heiligbrodt of Houston. The couple is planning a February wedding in Houston.
