Lending a hand Above, Richard Safford presents the Jerry McDonald award to James and Marnie Pate. The couple was always there to help out the Little League Board when needed, not to mention the many other times they have offered their time for the benefit of our community. Also honored but not pictured were Bev Gilbreath and Vernett Safford who won the Volunteer(s) of the Year Award for being at every Little League game to get the concession stand up and running.
