Mendoza
      Yolanda L. Mendoza of Port Aransas died Sunday, April 22, 2007, in a Corpus Christi hospital after an 11-year battle with kidney disease. She was 63. Mendoza was born to Adan and Elida Castellano on Aug. 9, 1943, in Falfurrias. The family moved to Corpus Christi in the 1950s, and Mendoza attended Ray High School.

      Todd Lenamon, brother of Christy Watkins of Port Aransas, died Thursday, April 19, 2007. He was 43. Lenamon was born in Baytown on Sept. 25, 1963. Other survivors are his mother and step-father, Sharon and Henry Weir of San Antonio; father and step-mother, E.G.

Obley
      June Wachholz Obley of Anthony, Kan., and Port Aransas, died Saturday, April 21, 2007, in Anthony. She was 77. Obley was born June 18, 1929, to Frank L. and Agnes (Haley) Wachholz in Anthony. She graduated from high school in Anthony in 1947 and earned a bachelor of science degree in education from Emporia State Teachers College.
