From left, Port Aransas High School students Allie Coleman, Kelsey Russell and Ashley Hawes display a few of the 24 pillow cases they recently created to donate to the Ronald McDonald House near Driscoll Children's Hospital in Corpus Christi. Supervised by teacher Claudia Locher, the students picked out the fabric and used sewing machines at the high school to make the pillowcases. The Ronald McDonald House is a non-profit organization that houses families with critically ill or injured children in Corpus Christi hospitals.
