Lein Jeanette E. "Ciddie" Lein of Santa Fe, N.M., and Port Aransas, died Monday, Nov. 6, at her home in Santa Fe. She was 76. Lein was born in Deming, N.M., on Dec. 22, 1929. She received her degree in education from the University of New Mexico in 1951, and taught in Albuquerque and Santa Fe. She married Norman Lein in 1950, and moved to Santa Fe in 1954, where she lived and raised her family for 52 years. She volunteered at St. Vincent's Hospital for more than 25 years, and was an avid tennis player and outdoorswoman. Survivors include three daughters, Kathryn Lein and Jennifer Rogers of Santa Fe, and Lindalie Halama of Albuquerque; six grandchildren, Katie Anderson, Carl and Christopher Halama and Eric, Kristine and Valerie Rogers.
