Hefner Appling, 2, checks out a pumpkin patch at Trinity-by-the-Sea Day School on Friday, Oct. 20. Dozens of children listened to stories, had their faces painted, did arts and crafts and picked out pumpkins for Halloween. The non-profit day school's fundraiser brought in $645.
