Ton of trouble Rain and high tides combined Sunday, Oct. 15, to give recreational vehicles parked on the beach a ton of trouble. RVers woke up Sunday morning to find themselves stuck on the beach and surrounded by water. As the tide subsided, wreckers came to the rescue. Scattered showers continued through Monday, Oct. 16, and a cool front expected late Wednesday night or early Thursday morning should bring sunshine and temperatures in the mid-70s.
