BMS earns top honors
Every cross country runner runs personal best time in meet

Brundrett Middle School's Marlin and Lady Marlin cross country teams earned first place trophies in the Port Aransas Cross Country Meet on Saturday, Sept. 30.

"Every single runner ran his or her personal best time. What an awesome accomplishment for our runners as a team!" said Coach Randy Henderson.

"The kids have been working harder in practice, and it showed. I know there is still room for improvement, so their goal times during practice will be more difficult to attain," he added. "I am very proud of these kids. think by the time we run district in three weeks, this group will be ready to perform at their highest level," Henderson said.
