The South Jetty will go to press early next week because of the Thanksgiving holiday. The early press run will require early deadlines.

Deadline for all news and advertising will be noon Monday, Nov. 20.

Deadline for columnists and letters to the editor will be 5 p.m. tomorrow, Friday, Nov. 17.

The newspaper will go to press at mid-day Tuesday, Nov. 21, and be distributed to newsstands and mailed to out of town subscribers on Wednesday morning, Nov. 22.

Local subscribers will get their newspapers in their mailboxes Wednesday morning. The South Jetty office will close at noon Wednesday, and remain closed Thursday and Friday, Nov. 23 and 24.

The office will open Saturday, Nov. 25, to participate in the Old Town Festival sponsored by the Port Aransas Preservation and Historical Association.

Regular office hours will resume at 9 a.m. Monday, Nov. 27. Deadlines also will resume their regular schedule, with letters to the editor due by 10 a.m. Monday, and news and advertising due by noon on Tuesday.
