     Nice catch These anglers from Fort Worth fished with Port Aransas guide Ed Woodhouse recently. From left, Liz Rodriguez, Kathy Myatt, Woodhouse, Joann Petters and Judy Parsons hauled in limits of reds. They hung their catch at Fisherman's Wharf.

Offshore served up
     Anglers from Kiewit Offshore Services of Ingleside caught limits of Atlantic sharpnose shark and a load of blackfin tuna on a 12-hour trip out of Deep Sea Headquarters. The trip on Sunday, Nov. 5, was on the Kingfisher with Capt. Fred Hedemann and first mate Hershell Reynolds.

North jetty limits
     Joe Rodriguez of Austin, Ken Walker of Port Aransas, and John Reynolds and Mike Scott, both of Tulsa, Okla. reeled in four limits of redfish after taking the Jetty Boat out of Fisherman's Wharf to fish the north jetty recently.

Flounder start to run; trout, tuna abundant
     Another front blew in with more wind but not much cooler temperatures or a lot of rain. Fishing is going strong with flounder starting to run and tuna being the big offshore prize since red snapper fishing season has closed.
