People with a "want to" and "some" talent are invited to audition for the February production of "We Love To See You Smile" at the Port Aransas Community Theatre.

Auditions for the musical, written and directed by Jane Bull, will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 23-24.

Anyone interested should stop by the rehearsal hall in the theater, at the corner of Sea Isle Drive and SH 361 either day.

A variety of singers, dancers and musicians are needed. Those auditioning may bring their favorite music, but musical choices will be available at the theater.

"You don't have to be great or grand, I just need people who have the desire," said Bull. The production will be adjusted to match the number of participants, Bull said.

A pianist is needed, along with any other musicians willing to help.

"I prefer ones that move about and are not plugged into one spot. Minstrel types would be great," said Bull.

Bull created this original musical for "our special winter visitors", she said, but the production will be enjoyable for everyone.
